Before EcoLiving Services was founded, starting in 1998 we were a family owned construction and rehab business, developing residential properties throughout the Chicagoland area. Every project had its own different issue, but mold infestation was always very common. Most properties had roof issues that were neglected for years, flooding issues that were never controlled and fixed, moisture issues from radiant heat over the years or a broken water pipe that was never shut off.
